THE MISSION:
The mission of the GOA International Music Fest (G.I.M. Fest) is to unite voices and talents across the globe, offering a stage where young musicians of all levels can shine.
We aim to:

AGE GROUP:
7 to 18 years (to be accompanied with parent/guardian)
THE AGENDA
Day-1 (Thursday) – 19th March, 2026
05:00 PM – Orientation, meet and greet of all participants with parents/guardians
07.00 PM – Dinner with Open Mic
(Participant will be invited to an open mic session in a relaxed and engaging platform to perform and share their music.)
Day-2 (Friday) – 20th March, 2026
10:00 to 11:30 AM – Music Workshop (at hotel)
Music Workshop – conducted by Nelson D’Souza
90 min- interactive Music workshop to share ideas, aspirations created for Young Musicians, which would assist them gain practical insights in support of their pursuit of music excellence.
03:00 to 06.30 PM – Auditions (Qualifying Round for Music Competition) at Kala Academy Goa
(Bus will leave from the hotel at 02:30 pm to Kala Academy, return bus will be at 06:30 pm)
Day-3 (Saturday) – 21st March, 2026
10 AM – Day Bus Tour
(Discover the serene charm of South Goa, known for its pristine beaches, rich heritage, and laid-back atmosphere. The sightseeing tour takes you through scenic coastal stretches, historic churches, and quaint Goan villages that reflect the region’s unique blend of Portuguese and Indian culture. From tranquil beaches and lush landscapes to local markets and cultural landmarks, South Goa offers a relaxed yet enriching experience, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the true essence of Goa.)
Day-4 (Sunday) – 22nd March, 2026
05:00 PM – Finals of Music Competition – at Kala Academy Goa
Bus will leave from hotel at 03:30 pm to Kala Academy.
After the event the bus will bring everyone back to the hotel.
Note: Timings are proposed and subject to change
ACCOMODATION
- All Participants, Parents/Guardians will be required to stay at the official hotel arranged for the event.
- The hotel is a 4- Star property and includes complimentary breakfast.
THE PACKAGE
1 – PARTICIPATION FEE: INR 58,000/- (Includes 2 Persons i.e. 1 Participant + 1 Parent)

- Music Workshop for Participant
- Participation Fee (YTMC (India) Competition)
- 4 Star Hotel Accommodation (with breakfast) for 4 days (additional person extra)
- Day Bus Tour for 2 Persons – (additional person extra)
- Dinner for 2 persons (additional person extra)
2 – ADDITIONAL PERSON: INR 14,000/- (Sharing the same room, with breakfast, dinner on Day 1 and Bus Tour on Day 3)

Participation in the festival is voluntary. The organizers, partners, and associated parties shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delays, or expenses arising from participation in festival activities, travel, accommodation, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Participants and accompanying parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, visas, insurance coverage, and compliance with all local regulations. By registering for the festival, attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and policies as communicated by the organizers.
The information provided in this document is intended solely for general guidance regarding the GOA International Music Festival (GIM Fest). All event details, including schedules, activities, venues, accommodation arrangements, and fees, are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the organizers.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. If the participant is unable to attend due to personal reasons, medical emergencies, or travel issues, no refunds will be issued. In case the festival is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural events, government restrictions, or safety concerns), registrations will automatically be transferred to the revised dates.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All participants and accompanying adults are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the festival. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruption during activities, workshops, or performances may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of the participants under their care.
MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT
By attending the festival, participants and accompanying adults grant permission to the organizers to capture photographs and video recordings during the event. These may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes across digital and print platforms.
If any attendee wishes to restrict usage of their images, they must inform the organizers in writing before the start of the festival.
